Additional conditions: Advance registration is required for the Art History for Children programme. Visitors must not touch exhibits, enter restricted areas, bring food or drinks, or use flash photography. Parents are asked to supervise their children during the museum visit.
The museum holds more than 18,000 objects and artworks, covering Azerbaijani art as well as Western European, Russian and Eastern collections. Through the ANMA Children's Museum, preschool and school-age visitors can join interactive tours, workshops, quizzes, quests, art therapy, inclusive programmes and film or animation screenings. Children's programmes are offered in Azerbaijani, Russian and English. The official tariff list separately includes additional services: guide service for tourist groups of more than 10 people — 15 AZN, guide service for standard visits — 12 AZN, guide service for students — 5 AZN, audio guide — 5 AZN and photography without flash — 50 AZN. The exact conditions for the photography fee should be confirmed with the museum.

The museum is closed on Mondays. The Art History for Children programme is held every Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 and 14:00 and requires advance registration. Cinema at the Museum takes place on Saturdays and Sundays at 17:00, Concerts in the Museum on Wednesdays at 19:00, and museum lectures on Thursdays at 16:00.
