Zire Ecopark is a 10-hectare green family recreation area and cultural centre located in Zire settlement in Baku's Khazar district. The complex includes landscaped recreation areas, a children's playground, a bird park and extensive ornamental and fruit plant collections. The cultural centre also includes carpet weaving, creative studios, chess, foreign-language facilities, gymnastics and dance spaces and a 3D cinema.

Additional conditions: According to a notice dated 23 May 2026, family picnic services are currently unavailable, and bringing food into the area or organising an unauthorised picnic is prohibited. A notice dated 3 August 2026 states that mechanised amusement rides are temporarily unavailable for an indefinite period. Visitors should confirm the latest service status before visiting.
The Ecopark and Cultural Centre cover approximately 10 hectares. More than 50,000 ornamental and fruit trees, over 100,000 shrubs and extensive flower collections have been planted. The grounds include a children's playground, outdoor exercise equipment and a Bird Park. The Cultural Centre contains a photo studio, art studio, electronic library, IDEA resource centre, chess room, foreign-language classrooms, fashion studio, gymnastics and dance hall, Zire Carpet Museum and a carpet-weaving training centre. Zire Cinema is designed for around 300 people and functions as a 3D cinema and event venue.
